AI inside the systems your business already runs.
Not chatbots for the sake of it. We build AI into real business processes to handle work that used to need a person: qualifying leads, reading emails and documents, writing follow-ups. Every AI step has validation, logging and a person in the loop where it matters.
Example: AI with guardrails
Example workflow. Switch between a clear and an unclear enquiry to see the guardrail route uncertain results to a person.

A sales call ends. The follow-up writes itself.
From our conveyancing system: when a call finishes, the call data goes to OpenAI, which writes a follow-up email based on what was actually discussed.

- Asked what the leasehold supplement covers
- Would like the quote by email today
Hi Client A,
Thanks for your time on the phone just now. Here's a quick summary of what we covered.
You're buying a leasehold flat at £285,000 with your mortgage agreed in principle. The leasehold supplement covers the extra work on the lease: reviewing it, raising enquiries with the managing agent and checking the ground rent and service charge.
Your itemised quote will follow by email shortly. If you're happy to go ahead, just reply and we'll open your file.
How we keep AI steps honest.
- Structured output. AI returns defined fields, not free text, so the next step knows exactly what it's getting.
- Validation. Results are checked against rules before anything happens. Failures route to a person.
- Human approval. Anything customer-facing is approved before it's sent, unless you decide otherwise.
- Logging. Every AI call is recorded with what it saw and what it returned.
- Fallbacks. If the model is slow or down, the workflow degrades gracefully instead of failing silently.
AI systems questions.
Which AI models do you use?
Usually Claude or OpenAI models through their APIs, called from inside n8n. We choose per task: some steps need careful reasoning over long documents, others just need fast, cheap classification.
Is our data safe?
We send only the data a step needs, choose providers and settings to suit how sensitive it is, and keep a log of what the AI saw and returned. For data that can't leave your control, we'll design the workflow so it doesn't.
Will AI send things to our customers on its own?
Not unless you want it to. Our default is that AI drafts and a person approves anything customer-facing. Internal steps like classification and extraction can run unattended, with validation.
Do you build AI agents?
Yes, where an agent is genuinely the right design. Most business processes are better served by a clear workflow with one or two AI steps, which is easier to test, cheaper to run and simpler to trust.

Describe the process in a few sentences. We'll tell you what can be automated, what shouldn't be, and what it would take. In writing, within one working day.
- You send a messageA few details and what you need. Plain English is fine.
- We reply in writingWhether it's worth automating, how we'd approach it and what we'd need to know.
- A 30-minute call, if it makes senseWe map the process with you and agree what a first build would include.
- A fixed quoteScope and price agreed before any work starts.
