What we won't automate.
- Anything that needs judgement every time. Automation should prepare the decision, not make it.
- A process that changes every week. Settle it first, then automate it.
- A broken process. Automating it just makes it break faster. We'll fix the steps first.
- Work that happens twice a year. A checklist is cheaper than a workflow.
Business automation questions.
What is business process automation?
It's taking work that people do repeatedly by following the same steps, and having software do those steps instead. Usually that means connecting the tools you already use so information moves between them on its own, and the next step happens without someone pushing it.
Where should we start?
With the process that's clearly costing you: slow replies to leads, data typed into two places, chasing that depends on memory. We map it, automate the highest-value part first and expand from there.
What shouldn't be automated?
Anything that needs judgement every time, processes that change weekly, and broken processes. Automating a broken process just makes it break faster. Part of our job is telling you which is which.
Do you use Zapier or Make?
We build mainly in n8n because it handles real business logic, can be self-hosted and isn't priced per task. If Zapier or a CRM's built-in automation is genuinely the better fit, we'll say so. Why n8n.

Describe the process in a few sentences. We'll tell you what can be automated, what shouldn't be, and what it would take. In writing, within one working day.
- You send a messageA few details and what you need. Plain English is fine.
- We reply in writingWhether it's worth automating, how we'd approach it and what we'd need to know.
- A 30-minute call, if it makes senseWe map the process with you and agree what a first build would include.
