Workflow automation, built in n8n to a production standard.
We connect the software your business already uses so information moves between systems automatically. Every workflow is designed, tested against real data and handed over with error handling, documentation and monitoring in place.

The workflows we build in n8n.
Multi-step n8n workflows
Whole processes in one readable workflow, from the trigger to the last update, across every tool involved.
Webhooks
Forms, payments, e-sign and app events that start the right process the moment they happen.
Conditional logic
Branches, routing and rules, so each case goes where it should instead of down one path.
Scheduled workflows
Reconciliations, reports, reminders and housekeeping that run on time without a person.
Data synchronisation
Systems that should agree, kept in step on a schedule or in real time, with deduplication.
Notifications
The right person told at the right moment, in Slack, Teams, email or WhatsApp, with context.
Document workflows
Documents generated, read, filed and sent: quotes, contracts, reports and inbound PDFs.
Internal automations
Approvals, task creation and handoffs that keep a team moving without chasing.
Error handling
Retries, alerts and error workflows, so failures are caught and fixed, not discovered by a customer.
Engineering habits, applied to n8n.
These are the things that separate a workflow you can leave running from one you have to keep checking.
Designed before it's built
A short written design: triggers, data in and out, edge cases, failure behaviour and who gets alerted. Agreed before we open the canvas.
Modular
Shared logic lives in sub-workflows, so one change fixes it everywhere and each part can be tested on its own.
Safe to re-run
Idempotency checks so a retry or a duplicate webhook never sends two emails or creates two invoices.
Observable
Error workflows, run summaries and alerts to Slack, Teams or email. Failures are visible, not silent.
Versioned
Workflow exports kept in version control or a backup store, so changes can be reviewed and rolled back.

Workflow automation questions.
Do you write code inside n8n?
When it's the clearest option, yes. We use Code nodes (JavaScript, or Python where it suits) for transformations that would take a tangle of nodes otherwise, and keep them short, commented and covered by test data. Everything else stays visual so your team can follow it.
Can you build to our existing standards?
Yes. If you have naming conventions, an existing instance, a Git repo for workflow exports or a change process, we work inside it. If you don't, we'll set up a simple one.
Do you handle hosting?
We can set up and harden a self-hosted instance (Docker, Postgres, backups, SSL, queue mode with workers if your volume needs it) on infrastructure in your name, or build in your n8n Cloud workspace.
Can you build a custom node or call an API without a node?
Usually the HTTP Request node is all that's needed for any documented API, including authentication, pagination and rate limits. Where a custom node genuinely pays off, we can scope one.
Fixed scope or ongoing development?
Either. Most projects are a fixed-price build. If you have a backlog of workflows, we can agree a monthly development allocation instead.
Send us the workflow you need built.
A spec, a diagram, a Loom or a few sentences. We'll reply within one working day with questions, an approach and what a fixed quote would depend on.
- You send a messageA few details and what you need. Plain English is fine.
- We reply in writingWhether it's worth automating, how we'd approach it and what we'd need to know.
- A 30-minute call, if it makes senseWe map the process with you and agree what a first build would include.
- A fixed quoteScope and price agreed before any work starts.
