CRM and sales systems built around how you actually sell.
We set up, restructure or build your CRM from scratch, then automate it: leads captured and qualified, pipelines that move themselves and follow-up that never slips, connected to your inbox, website, calendar and accounts.

From a CRM that fits to a sales process that runs itself.
Sometimes that means tidying the CRM you have. Sometimes it means building one from scratch, because nothing on the market fits how you sell. Both are part of this service.

What a properly automated CRM does for you.
The problem is rarely the CRM. It's that the important updates still depend on someone remembering to make them.
Every lead reaches the right person automatically
Leads from forms, ads, email and phone created once, deduplicated and assigned by rules you choose.
Stages move on real events
Meetings booked, proposals opened, contracts signed and invoices paid move deals forward without manual updates.
No deal sits untouched
Stalled deals and overdue follow-ups are flagged to the owner before they go cold.
Emails and calls logged for you
Conversations attached to the right contact, so the history is there when anyone picks it up.
CRM and accounts agree
Won deals become invoices and payments flow back, so sales and finance see the same numbers.
Reports you can trust
Weekly pipeline and source reports delivered automatically, built on data that is actually up to date.
Process first, then the CRM, then the automation.
Automating a messy pipeline just produces mess faster. So the first part of any CRM project is agreeing what should happen.
- What counts as a lead, and where they come from.
- What each stage means, and what event moves a deal into it.
- Who owns what, and what happens when they're away.
- Which fields matter, and which ones nobody needs.
Then we tidy the data that's there, set up the CRM to match, and build the n8n workflows that keep it that way. The founder's background is in sales and CRM, so these conversations are about how you sell, not which buttons to press.
CRM and sales systems questions.
Which CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Close, Copper, and Airtable or Notion when they're being used as a CRM. If it has an API, we can usually automate it.
Why use n8n instead of the CRM's own automation?
Built-in automation is good at things that happen inside the CRM. It struggles when the process crosses tools: your inbox, calendar, website, accounting software and team chat. n8n connects all of them, and we still use the CRM's own features wherever they're the simpler option.
Can you build us a CRM from scratch?
Yes, when an off-the-shelf CRM doesn't fit how you sell. We've built a custom CRM for high-volume conveyancing teams and a Notion CRM for Modern Man Clinic. Often a well-configured existing CRM is the better answer, and we'll tell you which.
Should we switch CRM?
Usually not. Most CRM problems are process and data problems, not software problems. If we think a different CRM would genuinely serve you better, we'll explain why in writing, and we can handle the move.
Can you clean up our existing CRM data?
Yes, as part of a project. Deduplication, standardising fields and fixing pipeline stages often comes first, because automation on messy data just creates mess faster.
What does it cost?
Fixed price, quoted after we've seen how your CRM is used today.
