An n8n consultant for when it's already running, but not running well.
Reviews, fixes, self-hosting and migrations. We help teams who already use n8n, or are about to, get to workflows they can trust and understand.
Workflow exports with credentials removed are a great place to start.

Usually it's one of these.
Workflows fail and nobody notices for days. There's no error workflow, so failures sit in the executions list until a customer complains.
One person built it, and they've moved on.It works, mostly, but nobody is confident enough to change it.
Your self-hosted instance feels fragile.Updates are scary, backups are unclear and it runs on a server nobody really owns.
The Zapier or Make bill keeps climbing.Task-based pricing grows with your volume, and you're wondering whether n8n would be cheaper.
You're about to put AI into a live process. You want someone to sanity-check the design before it touches customers.
You're choosing between n8n and something else. You want an independent view before committing.
Five ways we help with n8n.
Workflow review
A written, prioritised report on your instance and workflows: reliability, security, maintainability and quick wins.
Fix and stabilise
Add error handling, alerting, retries and deduplication to what you have, and rebuild the parts that can't be saved.
Self-hosting setup
A properly configured instance in your name: Docker, Postgres, SSL, backups, updates and queue mode when volume needs it.
Migration from Zapier or Make
Audit, rebuild in n8n, run in parallel, then switch over. Usually with fewer, clearer workflows than before.
Architecture advice
A second opinion on how to structure a bigger build, where AI fits, or whether n8n is the right tool at all.
Need something new built?
If you're starting from a blank canvas, our workflow development service is the better fit.
n8n workflow development →Sometimes the advice is "don't use n8n for this".
n8n is excellent for multi-step business processes across several tools. It isn't always the answer. If your CRM's built-in automation already does the job, if a five-minute Zap will never need to change, or if what you really need is a piece of software, we'll tell you.
That honesty is part of the service. You'll get a recommendation you can act on, whether or not it involves us.
Consulting questions.
Can you just review what we have?
Yes. A review is a fixed-scope piece of work: we go through your instance and workflows and give you a written report with what's fragile, what's risky and what we'd fix first, in priority order. You can act on it yourselves or ask us to.
Will you work alongside our own team?
Yes. Some clients want us to build; others want a second pair of eyes on architecture, a code review of tricky workflows, or someone to unblock their team. We're happy either way.
How do migrations from Zapier or Make work?
We list every automation, agree which are worth keeping, rebuild those in n8n and run them in parallel until the results match. Then we switch over and turn the old ones off. Nothing is cut over until it's proven.
Do you offer ongoing n8n support?
Yes, on a monthly support plan: monitoring, fixes when something breaks, n8n updates on self-hosted instances and a set amount of improvement work each month.
Do you need access to our live data?
As little as possible. Reviews can often start from workflow exports with credentials stripped. Where we need access, we use accounts you create and can revoke, and we don't copy customer data out of your systems.
Tell us what's going wrong with your n8n setup.
A few sentences is enough. We'll reply within one working day with what we'd look at first and how we'd scope it.
- You send a messageA few details and what you need. Plain English is fine.
- We reply in writingWhether it's worth automating, how we'd approach it and what we'd need to know.
- A 30-minute call, if it makes senseWe map the process with you and agree what a first build would include.
- A fixed quoteScope and price agreed before any work starts.
